Best water based primer for oily skin

Hello, I’m looking for a water based primer. I’m still on a quest to combat my oily skin. I took onboard previous recommendations to buy the Laura Mercier loose powder which is good but I’ve realised I’ve been using the wrong primer. Any suggestions, gratefully received!

I’ve recently been intorduced to the Vieve Skin Nova - from what I can tell it is water based looking at ingredients, but might be worth to check with someone in a store.
I’ve been using it though with having quite oily skin myself and I’ve been loving it!

I’ve heard good things about the Milk Hydro grip primer although haven’t tried it personally. It’s oil and silicone free and has a hyaluronic acid base which might work well? Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer | Cult Beauty

I use this Superfacialist primer and I believe it is water based. I really like it and it feels lights yet effective.
