I have an outdoor wedding coming up this May in the UK, and the couple have provided a colour palette for us guests to keep to. Any recommendations for a wedding guest dress in blue or green?

Have you looked at Ghost? I think it is always a good option to consider for a block colour dress, they do lots of styles in plain satin colours, including blue and green. They also often have good printed options, like the below
