Cover up for slip dress for summer evenings

Going to a beach party in the hamptonas and planning to wear a blue christoper esber slip dress (thin straps, silk, longish, tie detail at front). Not sure what to use too cover my nipples as can’t wear a bra with it really?

Also, reeeeally struggling to know what to take as a cover up in case it’s cold- any ideas would be very gratefully received?

Sounds lovely, in terms of a cover up I think you can’t go wrong with a white linen blazer!
Worn on with the sleeves pulled up, or draped over your shoulders it will look chic and give you that extra layer
