Hi! Once you sign up, you should have immediate access to your dashboard and see the SheerLuxe 10-Day Reset under ‘Purchased Challenges’. You should also receive an email from Fluidform on how to use the platform, how to start the challenge, and how to access the nutritional tips. Enjoy! x

This was such a good idea! I managed to do the video last night and found it was a lovely way to unwind in the evening! If I enjoy the rest of the week I’m seriously considering signing up to Fluidform! Hope everyone else is enjoying x

Love this! The benefits of Pilates for men are super interesting, especially as it complements gym-based strength training and enhances mobility. It even enabled Cristiano Ronaldo to lengthen his football career by staying injury free! x

That will definitely entice the husband to keep at it. And thankfully he enjoyed it enough to do day 2 - he even got the mats out while I did the bed time routine for our smalls!
