Hi there - I am looking for a fasting retreat in Europe (fasting as opposed to low calorie like Mayr in Austria). And somewhere that also offers colonics. I’ve done the Lifeco in Bodrum before but looking to try somewhere new (ideally not in Turkey, would rather a shorter flight from London).
