I think a cute diary with matching pen could be really nice and she will be able to use it throughout her placement! Papier has great options (love this one: https://www.papier.com/paradiso-35298) ! Or alternatively a tate membership so she can see exhibitions?

What about a voucher so she can get a beauty treatment, for example she could book in to get her nails done. For this I love My Town House or the beauty apps like Secret Spa x
