I can honestly say after having it done I still saw results about two years after. It’s worth checking the brands they’re using - ones like I’ve linked - to get really good and lasting results.
For London, I’ve heard good things about Wimpole

You should speak to your dentist about getting some trays made and using the syringe application whitener, I use this and it costs a lot less. Plus, brilliant results.
