My husband is looking for a fitness and nutrition coach that can work around his lifestyle constraints (long work hours) with a customised plan to help him build some healthy habits that are sustainable long-term. We’re London-based (live in Clapham South and his office is in Mayfair) and he’s happy to be in-person or virtual.
