The Alan is a really cool and snazzy boutique hotel, or you could try Native Manchester which has more of an industrial feel with serviced apartments.
My top choice for restaurant would be Climat on the 8th floor of Blackfriars House - great food and wine!
Hi, Dakota & Hotel Gotham are both lovely, smart hotels.
Food, for something fancy I’d recommend 20 stories, Mana, Mnky hse or Peter street kitchen. For something a bit more chill Yard & Coop and Evelyn’s are great. El Gato Negro do incredible tapas. I think Gordon Ramsay’s just opened a new place called Lucky Cat, not tried it tho. Alberts Schloss is great fun for a few drinks. Have fun x

I highly recommend the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel. I was really impressed with the service and location. The bar is great and its interior is really cool x
