Motivation tips (fitness, work, life)

Hi Georgie, how to you stay motivated during the times when you’re tired/just can’t be bothered etc?

i always find planning my day before i go bed always helps! i also try to have something in my day that i really look forward to, whether it be a really tasty lunch, a stop at the local coffee shop on my way to work or popping into tkmaxx on my way home…really sets me up for the days and helps to keep positive :blush:
