Hi does anyone have any good recommendations for a trip to Naples and the Amalfi Coast? - best restaurants /beaches / towns (going end of July so high season!)

How fabulous! When exploring the Amalfi Coast, I specifically loved Positano, Capri and Nerano.
Restaurants/Beach Clubs:
- Da Vicenzos is a beautiful restaurant in Positano.
- Arienzo Beach Club which is on a private part of Positano.
- Villa Marharita is an amazing restaurant in Capri.
- Lido del Fari in Anacapri.
Recommendations:
- Definitely head out to the Isle of Capri. I recommend renting a scooter and exploring the quieter part of the island, Anacapri and the Blue Grotto etc.
- We rented a boat with @positanese.tour from Instagram. It was our favourite day of the holiday. Gabriel showed us all the hidden spots and all drinks were included!
- Cala di Mitigliano is the most beautiful swimming cove. It’s popular with locals as opposed to tourists so it was just dreamy.

I loved Naples when I visited about six years back. It does get extremely hot in July, just a word of warning, so don’t forget a hat!
As well as exploring Naples, make sure to visit Pompeii – or Herculaneum if you don’t have as much time (we got there on the train from Naples). We also did a day trip to Sorrento.

I would definitely recommend spending a day in Ravello if you can. I spent a few days there last year and it is absolutely stunning. It’s perfect to get out of the hustle and bustle of the more popular spots around the Amalfi coast. Great for an authentic italian meal and breathtaking views! (Super easy to get there on the bus as well!)
