I love Nordic Balance on Abbeville Road - when I hurt my shoulder and couldn’t move they sorted me out in two sessions.
I saw someone called Luc and he used physio and acupuncture and it was amazing!
This guy was AMAZING when I hurt my back in Jan, a bit further afield in Tottenham Court Road but just a hop on the Northern Line xx
