Looking for nice country pubs with good food in the Epsom area. Any tips?

Hi - here are some suggestions:
https://www.risingsun-pub.co.uk/ - I personally think this is the best pub in Epsom, although it’s located in quite a residential area (rather than countryside) there is a great selection of beers and lovely food. They also have a great garden.

There is also the Derby Arms and the Rubbing House, both of which are on Epsom Downs and great for a post-walk drink. I’ve not been to either for food for ages so can’t verify, but both used to be good!
