I’m looking to do a silent retreat, somewhere in Europe
I want to start off small, maybe a 2-3 day retreat to see how I cope.
Any tried and tested places anybody would recommend?
Also would appreciate any feedback from any ladies who have been on a silent retreat before!
Oh I love the idea of this! I’ve not done one before but one of my friends in travel PR recently went to Gaia House in Devon which runs Buddhist meditation and silent retreats. She really enjoyed it as it was so different and very restorative.
