Hello, getting married and need nude knickers that hold tummy in but you cant see through a dress… any ideas?

This depends on your dress (shape and material) but I tested a few pre wedding and found that the Spanx Thinstincts 2.0 Mid Shorts were the best. Super light, really comfy and they don’t roll up.
I tried vs. Skims and many other brands and they were definitely the best! If you aren’t looking for shorts then their thong version is also great.
Second these - they are definitely the best. John Lewis also had some good ones but worth having a trying on session as it is dependant on body shape and style of dress - they have lots of samples you can pop on x
