What to wear for my Office Summer Party - Shine Bright Theme

Hello everyone!!
I’m going to have my office summer party in Madrid at the end of August and I don’t know what to wear…
The theme is “Shine bright” and I’m looking for a dress or a matching set to wear for the occasion (under 60€). I’m also looking for a pair of shoes that are elegant but still comfortable to dance the night away. For context I’m 161m tall.
Do you have any recommendations for me?

Totally agree, zara have so much to offer at the moment. They also have loads of metallics on offer if you weren’t thinking sequins. They also have so many cool party heels.
