Jewellery is always a lovely idea! There are lots of nice brands out there such as Daphine, Stone & Strand, Completedworks, Fallon, Roxanne Assouline.
You could also gift a spa treatment voucher with cowshed, or maybe something for the home?
A nice candle or a decorative tray? Glassete have some nice gifting pieces.

hello, do you know the brand Gigi Clozeau. They stock them at Aimé, and they are a really good price point, and you can stack them. I love mine, and wear it all the time. 
What about some Designer Statement earrings? Maybe something from Missoma or Astrid & Miyu.
Instead of Jewellery you could get a coffee table book or a chic silk scarf from Hermes.
Some high-end skincare, consider brands like Drunk Elephant, Sunday Riley or La Mer.
