I like to host large dinner parties but prefer to get as much done in advance . Any tips for cooking veg sides in advance (how far ?) and refreshing ?

Im with you. I tend to cook most of my veg morning of the dinner party and just leave it out at room temp. Often I’ll make some of the dressings or bases (if Im doing a yogurt base or maybe a bean/hummus base type thing) the evening before.
