Airbnb or similar for 30th Birthday

I’m looking for a Airbnb or anything similar to host my 30th birthday, a 2 night stay for about 20 guests (still tbc so anything around that number) and in managable distance from London. It will need a dinging room for a birthday dinner, a kitchen and enough space to celebrate. Looking for something special but at the same time nothing that will break the bank.

The birthday isn’t until next year but would love to find the perfect space so if anyone knows of any hidden gems or somewhere they have stayed and loved I would really appreciate some tips!

Hey Vanessa, Hesdin Estate is perfect for bdays and special occasions. The Corn Crib here has a pool and sleeps 20

I stayed here for my 30th earlier this year Canford House - Deluxe holiday home in Dorset

About 2hrs 15 mins drive from (SW) London, highlights were the pool, loads of room for dancing, big dining table and walk in fridge (plenty of room for celebratory food/drink!). The hosts were lovely and overall I couldn’t recommend it more!
