Second these! I love Poppy’s new book which is full of inventive ways to make everything in an air fryer, from snacks to whole desserts!

My go-to is Cajun spiced salmon. Just season the fillets, pop them in and you’re good to go for adding to tacos, salads or Buddha bowls. So tasty for a quick easy dinner!
