I know it’s freezing in the UK, however, I’m based in Sydney and am after summer salad recipes to take to BBQ’s etc. Preferably easy to make and appealing to kids. Welcome any recommendations please.

Can’t go wrong with a classic caprese salad (incredibly easy and quick to make), and I also had so many watermelon, feta & mint salads this summer which was super refreshing. Burrata, peaches & rocket is also a lovely salad dish with a balsamic dressing. I often look at Olive for summer salad inspo
