Ooh Face gym is actually really good! I actually saw a difference after. Also love Dermalogica and Cowshed for something that feels a little more pampering. x

I’ve been going to re-lax in Hackney and it’s great. They are very “low intervention” but do lots of massage and LED etc so it’s very relaxing but also effective. Plus it’s about £85 an hour so pretty affordable vs many London options

I also really rate Rhian Truman Therapies - based in Notting Hill, she can be hard to get a slot with but its worth it! She’s also just the loveliest.

I love a Hydrafacial - it really gives you a deep cleanse and a great post-spa glow. You even get to see what they extract with their special technology. They were running a special offer through their website here to get a complimentary first one at their flagship. I found the therapists very knowledgeable and thorough.

Obsessed with Face Gym! but I’d say it’s more of a quick fix than a pampering facial. Great for pre-party though x
