No longer taking oral contraception so looking to start tracking my natural cycles. What is the best app to use?

Clue is good but if you’re looking for tangible data, I’d recommend taking your temperature daily. Ovusense is amazing - it’s an ovulation tracker but gives you fascinating insights into your cycle, especially with regard to what happens post-ovulation. There’s also a good Facebook group where you can ask questions and connect with experts. I’ve heard good things about Natural Cycles but you need to be methodical about taking your temperature as soon as you wake up (otherwise results can be off), whereas Ovusense is an internal device so does it for you! x

Flo is my favourite app, it’s super easy to use, gives you useful insights and is free!

I recently came off the pill too and I have been loving the app Flo x
