Best setting powder for summer

Hello!!

I live in the South of Spain which means… hot weather almost everyday. I love glowy makeup but sometimes with this hot it gets TOO glowy. I need some good setting powder for the summer!

I really like the hourglass veil setting powder, they do it in a travel size which I use and it lasts forever especially if you don’t use all the time!

If you’re not wanting to add any colour, By Terry’s version By Terry Hyaluronic Pressed Hydra-Powder 8HA | Cult Beauty is great, comes with a slim puff so easy for on-the-go. Mac’s Mineralise Skinfinish https://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/product/13849/30734/products/makeup/face/powder/mineralize-skinfinish-natural is a classic - lovely for adding a touch of luminosity. Charlotte Tilbury’s Airbrush Flawless Finish is another good one, really finely milled and comes in a mini size. X

My go-to powder is the Laura Mercier translucent setting powder!

I find the By Terry one Orin recommended the most effective, I also sometimes use Glossier’s Wowder when I want a little colour

I also rate the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder too and it lasts for ages. Otherwise the Vanish Airbrush Pressed Powder might be pricey but it is SO good for taking down shine and setting your base. X

I love love love this Sisley one - it’s quite expensive but it’s so reliable!
