Artist Residence Brighton ticks all the boxes of a great sea front location, delicious restaurant and groovy atmosphere you would want from a Brighton base!

I have stayed here a few times now, they are so sweet and the breakfast is delicious - and you’re super close to the sea.

GuestHouse is opening a hotel there in July - that would be my choice!
Otherwise Artist Residence is always a good option.
