Champneys Henlow - normally £80-140 pp and includes breakfast and lunch. You can get the thameslink from Kings Cross to Arlesey and then its a lovely 10 minute walk through beautiful countryside to get there. Oddly google maps suggests a terrible walking route along massive roads but if you go under the big road its all lovely pathways. The walk is normally my favourite part of the day!

I’d also suggest Richmond Harbour Hotel and Spa - just by Richmond Park. The spa is quite compact but they have an outdoor cold plunge and hot tubs, and then a large pool, sauna and steam indoors.
