How did you get into this career? Would love to know more about your journey career wise and if you have any tips to making it in the industry ?

I always wanted to be a fashion writer but I really didn’t want to do a journalism masters as I knew going out and about to dig up stories wasn’t for me. So I did lots of internships during and after university, and made sure I did lots of fashion writing, becoming a columnist in my spare time (for free!) so I had a portfolio. I got a job at SheerLuxe when I was 24, and have always been a real ‘yes’ person - it’s a good environment for someone like that, as we’re constantly growing and evolving so need people pushing things forward, always being enthusiastic etc. That would be my biggest advice - don’t whinge, always be positive and just try everything. Growth only happens outside your comfort zone
