Can someone clarify for me.
I’ve been taking Neocell Collagen but want to up my intake so changed to Vital Proteins. The market is full of so many I’m struggling to find a cost effective source. I also add Turmeric.
Any suggestions

I’ve been taking Dose&Co collagen powder from Holland & Barrett. They do some good offers and you can collect points. I’ve been taking since May 2022 and previously had 2 visible lines on my forehead, now gone! My hair has also been growing like lightening and is so soft.
Highly recommend!
