I would definitely look on Freepeople. There is a big rang on the site, there are lots of bright colours, love these! You can see all the options here.

I recently tried Athleta which is great quality, there are some nice colours here too, via GAP.

I also love the brand Live The Process for interesting pieces and a nice selection of colours.
