Ikos Dassia is such a lovely hotel, but even if you don’t stay drinks at the bar overlooking the sea is a must! I’ve also heard great things about Pomo D’Oro Corfu in Old Town for classics Mediterranean dishes

Second both Ikos Dassia and Domes Miramare. Ikos is more of a family hotel (albeit still amazing) while Domes Miramare is adults only. We had the most incredible holiday there last August, can’t recommend enough. Restaurants near Domes Miramare that were utterly sensational are Spiros Karidis (a must for fish), Bacchus Tavern, and The Village Taverna.
Taverna Glyfa is nearer Ikos Dassia and one of my favourite restaurants in the world! https://tavernaglyfa.com/
