Crohn's Recipe Book

My brother has recently been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and is really struggling with the change in his diet. He loves his food but has not lived the healthiest life, so I’d like to buy him a recipe book to help motivate him to keep healthy and discover new tasty foods.

Can anyone recommend a recipe book that is aimed at a healthier lifestyle, appropriate to Crohn’s disease?

My husband has Ulcerative Colitis and which is a much milder cousin to crohn’s and he has liked the food in Cookbook - She Can't Eat What which is a Low FodMap cook book. There is also a really good food delivery service called https://www.fielddoctor.co.uk/ - proper science backed meals that genuinely taste good!
