Desperately need a fancy dining experience for a Christmas present - had booked Imogen Kwok x rosewood but the rosewood have cancelled it! for 2 people budget around 400ish - London preferred, something a little different than just a tasting menu if poss!

I think you’ll struggle to get anything other than tasting menus. I can recommend Alex Dilling at Cafe Royal, and Frog by Adam Handling.
I hope you can find somewhere!
You could book a night at The Newt in Somerset - my parents loved it!
Definitely Monarch Theatre at Park Row - it was amazing! 12 courses for around £125 each.
