First job workwear!

I’m 22 and about to start on a grad scheme - dress code is office smart. I’m looking for corporate workwear that isn’t ‘frumpy’ and will last, but on a 22 year old’s budget! Any recommendations greatly appreciated!

I would definitely go to zara and h&m as they are the lower end price point of the high street.
I think a good blazer is a good investment and some nice wide leg trousers. You could always spend a little less on shirts/blouses if you are trying to do it on a budget!
I have had my eye on this blazer from H&M. I have also seen some trousers on wat the brand that look like a good pair of tailored wide leg trousers!

Hi! I’m 24 and have been working in a corporate environment for 3 years now. My biggest advice is looking for quality fabrics ie wool or cotton! They last forever and you can also find good pieces on depop or vinted. I waisted money on polyester blend blouses which looked cute but weren’t breathable and haven’t lasted.

I agree with the above stick to good quality pieces at H&M, Zara and try workwear at Warehouse - I still have suits from them when they were a store. Workwear | Best of Work Clothing & Officewear | Warehouse UK
Good Luck

I would look at Nobodys Child, the brand has some great tailoring options!
