Would love suggestions on the perfect black trouser - I have so many pairs yet still seem to be on a constant search for the right pair of high-waist, wide legged, full length trousers that look smart and elongate the leg. Preferably something with a bit of weightyness to them! X

I would have a look at Weekend Max Mara, Max Mara, Marella, Massimo Dutti and Reiss - they offer a good selection of trousers.
I agree that Massimo Dutti is great for trousers right now, I’ve bought a grey pair that I love but these black styles look like a good options for you

I have these and I think they are the perfect pair of black trousers!! They have a high waist and the perfect amount of pleating at the front. I had to get mine taken up but they are great. x
