I love the brushes from Hourglass - I always find application effortless and smooth. They are pricey but they last for ages if you look after them. This is the one I have. For a less expensive option this Zoeeva one is great.

I’ve recently started using this brush from makeup by Mario and its game changing! Its dual sided which makes things so easy - especially if you’re travelling. Plus they blend out makeup so flawlessly and leave no streaks.

Another favourite is Real techniques. - Real Techniques Soft Sculpting Brush - LOOKFANTASTIC its for sculpting but i love the shape for foundation application as it helps get into hard to reach places really well and isnt too compact meaning you can tailor your product to be more sheer if you want it to be x
