Has anyone tried a hyperbaric chamber and can share their experience?

Looking to see if the hyperbaric oxygen therapy has worked for anyone and whether you needed more than one visit. Any recs are also welcome.

I have done it once and to be honest did not notice any difference at all. I think a course is recommended to see results
