Can anyone recommend a gorgeous hen party house that sleeps a minimum of 16 with a pool and ideally near a beach in the UK please?

I’d have a look at the Hesdin Estate which has a few properties with pools - and they specifically cater to hens!
Otherwise this 16-person Airbnb in Maidencombe in Devon looks amazing (and not too expensive)! As does this cabin in West Sussex - there’s no pool but it is right by the beach

We’ve booked this airbnb for my friend’s hen - no pool but there is a hot tub and is near the welsh coast. Perhaps you’re looking for something a bit bigger… but looks ideal with plenty of space to chill - am excited for our night in - we’re making food boards and decorating with some fun accessories from Gigi & Olive x

Not near a beach but if you wanted to be in the countryside, this place is amazing! Willington Lodge, Cheshire
No pool but a hot tub, amazing outside space and can accommodate up to 23 guests! Ideal as it’s 8 bedrooms and 8 bath/shower rooms
