I went years ago and stayed at a place called Villa Di Mare and it was excellent Rhodes Island | Villa di Mare suites Rhodes - Hotel in Rhodes, Ixia Bay
Also, even if you decide not to stay there, go for cocktails they were incredible!

Try Elissa Lifestyle Resort – a lovely option that’s not too expensive! It’s adults-only and everything is so so chic!
