Do you know I never thought the menopause had affected me …until I look back…i ended a relationship…I cried for weeks…but i kept going.
No i didnt take HRT…i just thought my yoga would get me through it…
I was 58…so it was very late…but I think you follow your mothers pattern…she had a late menopause…
I remember I had one massive period after a year of no periods…it was like a final FULL STOP
I feel great now…I eat well…I try to exercise every day…and Im single1 hurrah!
