Hi, how fun, there are so many nice pieces around at the moment that would work for this!
I think a swimsuit that nods to bridal would be chic, I am still loving flower appliqué pieces, like this style. Or a ruffled style this one.
I would also take a fun little bag, I saw this one on Zara and I think it is perfect for an abroad hen do.
In terms of clothing I think a white knitted dress is a really chic look, I just saw this one on NA-KD.
Mango also has a really elegant capsule at the moment, it includes this dress which would be a great evening look.
I would also take some statement earrings, I think this pair would be a good nod to bridal that could also be worn lots in the future too.
