We went pre-Covid and stayed at both Four Seasons - one in the old town and one on the Bosphorous. I prefered the old town.

We also went on a river cruise which was amazing, and we loved the tour of the hagia sophia

Here is quite a good tour which combines a number of attractions:
Finally, if you have time, indulge in a Turkish bath and massage at a Hammam
and a cruise on the Bosphorus.

Go to eat as Nusr Et I hear it is so good out there and much cheaper than going in London!
