The Peninsula Istanbul has just opened and it looks incredible! A great spot for drinks or dinner at the rooftop restaurant for Turkish-Asian food and beautiful views.

A top chef once told me that Zubeyir Ocakbasi is THE best place for an authentic meal in Istanbul.

I stayed in the city a few years ago and did a boat trip up the Bosporus - it’s amazing as you’re between Asia and Europe so very cool! The Four Seasons on the strait has little igloos you can eat in, as it can still be quite cold there this time of year.
