yes! I really rate these and think I’m on my third jar. My hair is quite fine and I definitely feel it has strengthened & thickened my hair by incorporating these into my routine.

Rate these hugely! I have quite a lot of hair naturally but it’s fairly fine in texture so prone to breakages and these have really helped to strengthen and thicken it. I’d say you have to give it a bit of time to notice the results - but so worth it
