Going to Liverpool with the other half for a football match in April. Never been to the city before. If anyone has any restaurant recommendations for dinner and for brunch please share!

You MUST at least have a drink at The Philharmonic pub. It’s got all its original Victorian features and is such an atmospheric spot for a drink:

Salt house tapas is great food. Albert Schloss great for drinks and great atmosphere. Bold street is full of good independent food/ coffee shops. Duke Street Market is a lovely food hall.
