Looking for a dress for my friends wedding lunch in early march. Something not too dressy and would love an interesting colour - not black!

Not getting much inspiration from the usual brands. Looking to spend around £100.

I think renting is a great option for events like weddings or parties! HURR and Borrowed From have great options in different colours

Totally agree- renting is the way forward for something like this. You can go and try a lot of the styles in Selfridges beforehand if you are worried about fit too.

I would buy either a fitted dress, tea dress or slip dress that you’ll be able to style in different ways and wear again and again after the wedding lunch. I’ve put a few styles below that can easily be styled up or down…
