Does anyone know any good restaurants and/or beach clubs in NE Mallorca - near Port de Pollença?
Also good boat rental companies from Port de Pollença.

Funnily enough, I was staying in Port de Pollenca last week!
We rented a boat via Sea-Adventure, it was about 400 euros for 4 hours (plus petrol) for the afternoon. The staff are very friendly and the boat was clean and modern: https://sea-adventure.es/en/
Restaurant-wise, I’d really recommend C’an Josep, the owner happened to live next to our villa and the food was the best we’ve had in Mallorca! On the port itself there is Sway (the food was quite average but the scenery was what made it). Similarly with Club Nautic, the food was a little pricier and in my opinion not fantastic, but you couldn’t fault the views.
I’d also recommend going to Cappuccino for cocktails.
