Marbella recommendations

Any ideas for places to visit in and around Marbella? Will be there for three days

Definitely go to Marbella Old Town for shopping, and stop for lunch at Taberna La Niña del Pisto for yummy tapas.

If you’re planning on having a special meal, the Grill at the Marbella Club is wonderful.

Da Bruno does lovely food and you can grab a table right on the beachfront!

Go back a few streets from the front and you will find a refurb of the streets is well underway and there are many wonderful Tapas restaurants/ bars springing up!
On the front is a great beach bar called Mahiki, great to watch the sunset!

Casanis in the old town for Belgian cuisine.
Bar el estrecho and La Niña del pisto for tapas.
Marbella club hotel for elegant classic dinner.
Areia for Spanish/French inspired fantastic food.
Cappuccino cafe of Goyo for breakfast/snacks
Small shops in the old town are the best and for major shopping go to El Corte Inglés shopping center.
My best recommendation as a local, totally avoid Puerto Banus, Marbella is so much more!
