It sounds like lots of other book club members thought it started slowly then loved it! Hopefully you’ll change your mind as you go on!
Not cheating at all! What were your favourite bits? And any questions for Yomi?
Thanks for sharing! Any questions for Yomi for the podcast we’re hosting with her?
Thanks for sharing! Anything you’d love to know about the book or plot? We’re interviewing Yomi for the next podcast so can ask her anything!
I really loved this book! Got me out of a reading slump definitely. Interested to hear everyone’s thoughts!
Read this book last week on holiday.
Really enjoyed it and gave it straight to my sister to read after me on holiday - she was also hooked straight away.
So relevant to todays society and really made me think about how we all conduct ourselves online. Really sympathised with Ola and found myself questioning constantly how I would react in her situation.
Finished it last week whilst on holiday… I have to say I was very surprised by the ending. Or maybe not, after all we never know what is real and what is not on social platforms/behind a screen.
very easy and entertaining, perfect holiday book!
That’s what’s so interesting isn’t it - never knowing what is real - or not - online.
I’m halfway through and hooked! I’ll be back with my questions but would be interested to know how much of it she drew from her own life experiences. I find it fascinating how many parallels I, and I’m sure many women, can draw from theirs.
Thanks re: training. The audiobook definitely eased the pain at the half Mara yesterday :). Considering I only did couch to 5k in lockdown I’m happy I finished!
Well done!
