Exciting, Germany at christmas time is the best! Definitely go to the Nürnberger Christkindlesmarkt which is the christmas market happening on the main market square - you will find lots of things to eat and drink there too!
Also really lovely to see the imperial castle - such nice architecture.
If you want to go for some German fine dining, I’ve heard Würzhaus is great! And for classic German food Restaurant zum Albrecht Dürer Haus !
