Looking for nice Omakase restaurant’s for a special occasion - any recommendations?

There is a place called Sushi Tetsu - they don’t have a site and only take bookings every Monday at 12.00pm and have 7 seats available. It’s been on my to do list for so long, apparently one of the most special experiences.
